The Clean and Clear Filter features a chemical resistant tank with
no-tool servicing and a coreless cartridge, for easier cleaning. All
models are equipped with easy spin-on unions for plumbing hook-ups.
Clean and Clear combines top-end filter performance with low
maintenance. This dependable design uses special filter elements to
strip tiny particles from your pool water, as small as 30 microns (An
average grain of beach sand is 1000 microns.).
The fiberglass
reinforced tank halves are secured with an innovative clamp ring, so
cleaning is a snap. Open the top, remove the cartridge, hose it off, and
Clean and Clear is ready to go again. Pentair has maximized cartridge
surface consistency to block and trap the maximum amount of solids.
Plus, the most durable materials are used to extend cartridge life.
