Designed to replace standard 12" square covers that have a 11-1/4'' center-to-center screw hole measurement. 1216xxx universal 16'' square cover is designed to fit over 12'' standard mud frames.

Retrofits most brands' 12ΓÇ¥ mud frames. Retrofits over all sumps/ frames up to 15ΓÇ¥ using optional anchor kit. Both adapters included.
