Shipping and extra costs for large products 

In-Stock items ship within 48 hours providing all information provided is correct and falls on a work day of the week . Print and keep a copy of your receipt showing your order information and order number.  All orders received before noon (Eastern Time) during that day will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after noon (Eastern Time) or on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next open business day

 Note---All Items over 10 lbs or have an oversized box or size will have a special shipping cost and rate and you will be quoted by email of the extra shipping charge  for the product . If you do not want the product after the quoted rate for the extra cost of shipping a full refund will be made. If we do not get a reply from you by email we will refund the cost automatically 

 

If there is a hold on card for payment from credit card protection services all shipments will be delayed until the card has been verified.

 

Returns and Exchanges / Damages

All returns require an RGA number.  Items without an RGA number will be refused To obtain this information you must contact us via email or phone and write the information we provide to you on the returning box.

There is a 5-day limit for returning items. Parts purchased from the online store must be returned in original packaging and new, not used condition and unopened Parts returned to be found open or used will not be credited  Any defective/damaged items must be handled by the customer directly to the Manufacture or with the shipping company  UPS ect. Any items returned due to consumers ordering the wrong part or discovering they no longer desire the part(s) will have a fee as well as freight / shipping charges both to and from SpasandPools.com. and Poolstoreparts.com Handling and shipping  charges under any conditions are nonrefundable. If the item was shipped for free you must pay all return fees for shipping.  If you have received Damaged Freight you the customer must file a claim with the shipping company  UPS/FEDEX/USPS on the same day as the shipment.

If you order the wrong part or product you are still obligated to pay shipping and restocking fees, even on free shipping items. All shipping charges should be paid by the consumer for returns. Any types of PCB boards,Top Sides or electrical type parts and or switches and or heaters can  not be returned

Damaged Freight

Any and all freight/products that has been damaged by the shipping company UPS/FedeX /USPS  the customer should file a damaged freight claim with shipping company directly. This should be done same day as shipment was  received
