This is a newer version terminal board: If using on a motor operating at 115v, use the part received and wire the motor as shown on the nameplate. The #3 is only used to part the brown lead and prevent it from doing any damage. If using on a motor operating at 230v, use the part received, but cut the terminal from the brown lead and tape it off.
